What happens if the provider doesn't prescribe?
You are not charged for a treatment plan. If you ordered a standalone panel, you keep your results and the provider review that comes with them.
Can I cancel mid-plan?
You can cancel any plan before its next renewal from your account page or by messaging the care team. Plan periods already billed are non-refundable once medication has shipped, except where required by law.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Consultations, messaging, included lab panels, and standard shipping are all inside the plan price. The only extras are optional add-ons you choose yourself.
Do you take insurance?
No. Direct pricing is what lets us bundle labs and provider care without surprise bills. Many members find the all-in price comparable to their old copays plus lab fees.
