Terms of Service
Draft for counsel review · Last updated July 2026
1. The service
Xilo Health, Inc. provides a technology platform connecting users with independent, licensed healthcare providers, accredited laboratories, and licensed pharmacies. Xilo itself does not practice medicine, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Treatment decisions are made solely by licensed providers exercising independent clinical judgment.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, reside in a state where the relevant service is available, and provide accurate, complete information during intake. Inaccurate health information can lead to unsafe care and is grounds for termination of service.
3. Not for emergencies
The platform is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you experience concerning symptoms while on treatment, contact your provider promptly and seek in-person care when appropriate.
4. Prescriptions are not guaranteed
Completing intake, purchasing a lab panel, or requesting a plan does not entitle you to a prescription. Providers prescribe only when clinically appropriate based on your labs, history, and applicable standards of care. If you are not approved for treatment, you are not charged for a treatment plan.
5. Plans, billing, and renewal
- Plans are billed upfront per plan period (quarterly, semi-annually, or annually as selected) and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel from your account or by contacting the care team; cancellation stops future renewals.
- Once medication has shipped for a billed period, that period is non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of our error.
- Prices may change at renewal with advance notice; never mid-period.
6. Medication and lab use
Use medications only as directed by your prescribing provider. Do not share, resell, or transfer prescription medication; doing so is dangerous and illegal. Lab kits are single-use and for the account holder only.
7. Your responsibilities
- Keep your health profile current, especially new medications, diagnoses, and side effects.
- Complete follow-up testing your provider requires; monitoring is a condition of continued treatment.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
8. Intellectual property
The Xilo name, design, and content are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them except as the law allows.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent the law permits. Xilo is not liable for the independent clinical judgment of providers, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim, except where the law does not allow such limits.
10. Disputes
Disputes are resolved under the laws of the state identified in the final counsel-reviewed version of these terms. Nothing here limits rights that consumer-protection law makes non-waivable.
11. Changes
We may update these terms with notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes to billing terms take effect only at your next renewal.
